Publish usability tests and view results

Publish

Section titled “Publish”

Same as surveys:

  • Publish in the editor → Live + save
  • Or change status on the study list

Live tests accept responses at /respond/{id}.

Distribute

Section titled “Distribute”

Open Distribute from the test list:

  • Link — generic and per-language URLs
  • Email — template + sample + send wizard
  • Prolific — panel study with screener and completion URLs

Remind participants to use a supported device and grant recording permissions if enabled.

Results

Section titled “Results”

Open /results-insights/tests/{studyId}.

Usability-specific analytics

Section titled “Usability-specific analytics”

Usability test results include:

  • Task completion and success metrics
  • Prototype interaction data where collected
  • First-click and preference test summaries
  • Recording links per session

Sessions and responses

Section titled “Sessions and responses”

Responses tab shows:

  • Participant identifier and timing
  • Answers per question
  • Links to screen/participant recordings
  • Transcripts when available

Synthetic data

Section titled “Synthetic data”

Generate demo sessions for stakeholder reviews without real participants (toggle real vs synthetic in results).

Shared features

Section titled “Shared features”
  • AI executive summary and question analysis
  • Custom dashboards and public share links
  • Export
