Account, login, and workspaces

  1. Go to your FromUsers app URL (e.g. https://app.fromusers.com).
  2. Open Login (/login).
  3. Enter your email and password.

Your session is kept secure while you use the app. You stay signed in across page navigation until you sign out or the session expires.

After login you land on the Dashboard (/dashboard).

Each user belongs to one or more organizations. Your account has:

  • Name and email (Profile in Settings)
  • Role — e.g. Admin, Researcher, Viewer (controls what you can edit)
  • Account type — personal vs organization context (affects workspace behavior)

Team management lives under Settings → Team & Organization (/settings?tab=organization):

  • Invite members by email
  • Manage invite links
  • Assign roles (Admin / Member)

Workspaces (/workspaces) group studies for a team or project.

  • Create, rename, and delete workspaces
  • Move studies between workspaces (drag-and-drop with confirmation)
  • Create a new study directly inside a workspace (workspace is pre-selected in the builder)
  • See study counts per workspace

Inside each study’s Configure tab you can set:

  • Which workspace owns the study
  • Who can access the study (organization-wide vs individual permissions)
  • Per-member view or edit access after the study is saved
  • Change your password under Settings → Security
  • Platform admins can manage deactivated users under Settings → Admin (admin only)
