In-product survey results

Open results from the in-product survey list → Results:

/results-insights/in-product-surveys/{studyId}

In-product analytics include:

  • Impressions — how often the SDK displayed the survey
  • Responses — starts and completions
  • Completion rate and duration
  • Conversion from impression to completed response

Compare periods in Overview dashboards.

In-product studies support:

  • Store preview responses — whether test traffic is saved
  • Partial responses — resume incomplete sessions
  • Prevent multiple responses — limit repeat submissions

Configure in Configure → participant response settings.

Use the results data mode toggle to view synthetic demo data or clear it before production analysis.

Same capabilities as surveys:

  • Summary AI insights
  • Custom dashboards with share links
  • Ask Data chat
  • Export

If impressions are zero:

  • Confirm survey is Live
  • Confirm URL targeting matches production paths
  • Confirm trigger fires (test with time-on-page or trackEvent)
  • Check browser console with SDK debug: true
  • Verify API key on the script tag matches the organization
