Welcome to FromUsers
FromUsers is a research platform for teams who need to collect feedback at scale — through standalone surveys, unmoderated usability tests with prototypes, and surveys embedded inside live products.
Core capabilities

Typical workflow
Section titled “Typical workflow”- Create a study (wizard, Study Generator, or from a workspace).
- Build questions and pages in the editor (Configure → Build → Logic → Brand → Preview).
- Publish — set status to Live so participants can respond.
- Distribute — copy a link, send email, use Prolific, or embed the SDK (in-product only).
- Analyze — open Results from the study list →
/results-insights/{type}/{studyId}.
Public participant experience
Section titled “Public participant experience”Participants do not need a FromUsers account. They use:
- Generic link:
/respond/{studyId}— works for surveys, usability tests, and in-product surveys (language selection when configured). - Preview link:
/preview/{studyId}— for testing before launch.
Studies must be Live (ACTIVE status) for real responses. Preview mode can work on drafts depending on settings.
