Sending studies via email

  1. Email configuration for your organization (sender name, reply-to, etc.) — set up by your admin if not already done
  2. At least one email template
  3. Study is Live (recommended before sending)
  4. Optional: participant sample with email addresses
  1. Open Surveys or Usability Tests.
  2. Click Distribute on a study card.
  3. Select the Email tab → Distribution wizard.
  • Choose an email template
  • Edit subject and body
  • Insert variables for personalization
  • Select language variant if applicable
  • Pick an existing participant sample, or
  • Enter email addresses manually

Samples are managed under Participant samples.

  • Review recipient count and message preview
  • Confirm send

FromUsers creates the sendout and delivers messages through SendPulse.

  • Recipients receive links to /respond/{studyId} (or language-specific URLs)
  • Opens and clicks are tracked automatically for each recipient.

View aggregate stats in Message tracker.

Authorized users can cancel in-flight sendouts via the email-sendouts API when supported by campaign state.
