Settings, team, and AI
Open Settings from the profile menu → /settings.
Tabs are selectable via query string: /settings?tab=organization|security|plan|admin (?tab=ai redirects to plan)
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Update your display name. Email is shown for reference (change may require admin or support depending on deployment).
Team & Organization
Section titled “Team & Organization”Manage your organization:

Invitees open the link in the email, review organization details, then join.
Security
Section titled “Security”Change password — requires your current password.
Sessions stay active for several days; you may need to sign in again after a long absence.
Plan & usage
Section titled “Plan & usage”View your plan, seats, and billing interval, plus monthly meters for:
- AI usage (Gemini tokens, AssemblyAI transcription minutes) on Pro and Custom
- Email sendouts (5,000 emails per seat per month on Pro)
Optional Study Generator OpenAI API key for BYOK study generation. Platform AI features use FromUsers providers.
Admin (platform administrators only)
Section titled “Admin (platform administrators only)”Settings → Admin:
- View deactivated users
- Reactivate accounts by email
Restricted to platform admin role — not visible to regular org admins.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”Ends your session and returns you to the login page.
