Key metrics

Typical summary metrics include:

Impressions (where applicable)
Responses — started and completed counts
Completion rate
Average duration

Toggle real data vs synthetic data for demos (generate or clear synthetic responses from the results UI).

Question-level analysis

Each question shows a visualization matched to its type:

Choice — bar or pie distributions
NPS — score breakdown
Matrix — heatmaps and row summaries
MaxDiff / conjoint — specialized choice-modelling views
Open text — response lists and qualitative highlights

AI insights

When AI is configured, the Summary tab may include:

Executive summary across the study
Per-question analysis
Qualitative highlights from open ends

Regenerate analysis from the results UI.

Ask Data

Use natural-language Ask Data chat to explore patterns without building charts manually.

Custom dashboards

From Overview:

Create dashboard → /results-insights/surveys/{studyId}/dashboards/new
Add widgets (charts, metrics, AI-generated blocks)
Edit layout and filters
Share a public link → /shared/dashboard/{publicLinkId} (optional password)

Export

Export response data and dashboard views from the results export controls (formats depend on UI implementation — typically spreadsheet-friendly exports).

Delete responses

Authorized users can delete individual responses from the API/studies responses endpoints (used in admin workflows).
