AI summaries in results
When AI is enabled in Settings → AI, you can generate written analysis of completed study responses without exporting to another tool.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”- Open a study from your list → Results
- Go to the Summary tab
- Use the AI analysis controls to generate or refresh reports
Works for surveys, usability tests, and in-product surveys.
Report types
Section titled “Report types”| Report | What you get |

| Per-question analysis | Interpretation focused on one question |
| Full analysis | Combined package of summaries and question-level insight |
When to regenerate
Section titled “When to regenerate”Click Regenerate after:
- A large batch of new responses arrives
- You change question wording (interpretation may shift)
- You want a fresh narrative for a stakeholder readout
Earlier generated text is replaced when you regenerate.
- Wait for enough responses before generating — very small samples produce vague summaries.
- Cross-check AI output against raw data in the Responses tab.
- Open-ended answers drive richer qualitative highlights.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”AI summaries send study content and participant responses to your configured AI provider (e.g. OpenAI). Disclose this in your privacy notice when required.
